Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Meeting Arranger website and service operated by Techy Business Services and SaaSMation OÜ.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
3. Free Trial
Meeting Arranger may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Fair Use Policy
Our "Unlimited" plans are subject to reasonable use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that generate excessive API traffic or attempt to re-sell the service without a Partner agreement.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
